Optional visit measurement
With your permission, we use a first-party cookie for 30 days to measure referrals from recognized AI assistants and Google/Bing, and subsequent account creation. For search referrals, we record the first visit to a creation tool; for AI referrals, we also measure subsequent video generation. Records contain the source name, language, public landing and tool paths, and event and consent times; account creation links them to an internal account ID. We do not collect prompts, files, email addresses, full referral URLs or payment details for this measurement, and do not send it to third-party analytics services.
Measurement and consent records expire after 90 days and are removed at the next cleanup. Your preference is remembered for 180 days. Turn measurement off below to remove this browser’s current measurement record and, when signed in, the record linked to your account. Backup copies follow the retention described on this page. Refusing has no effect on account or video features. We also respect browser privacy signals.
Account and creative data
The server stores your email, display name, salted password hash, sessions, uploaded assets, prompts, task states and credit transactions. Your password is never stored in plain text. Account data and private media are stored on our server. Accessing private assets and results requires signing in to the owning account.
External services
Video generation sends your prompt, selected settings and reference image to Volcengine Ark. Email verification and recovery use Resend when available. Payments are handled by Paddle or Stripe when checkout is available; we do not store card numbers. Video analysis sends six frames sampled on your device to the vision service. The original video and audio stay on your device; we store only the analysis results and related accounting records.
Support requests
Contact-form topics, messages and any contact information you provide are saved privately to handle your request. When you are signed in, the request is linked to your account. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Retention and removal
Assets remain on the server until removed from your asset library. Removing a completed creation deletes its online video and prompt; minimal task identifiers, hashes and accounting records remain for duplicate prevention and reconciliation. Historical copies may remain in backups after removal from the website.
Daily automatic backups retain the latest 14 successful copies, not a fixed 14-day history. Manual backups and failed backup attempts are not automatically cleaned up. Backups are stored with live data on the same server, without an offsite copy.
